MAISON MASSIMO offers free shipping in some countries and depends on the value of a single purchase.

Please select your shipping destination from the country list during checkout to view available shipping rates. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the shipping fee will be removed on the final checkout page.

FRANCE - CONTINENT ONLY

This is a postal service (French Post) subject to La Poste's conditions of sale.

If the recipient of the package is absent, a delivery notice will be left at the address. The recipient can then request a second delivery or can collect the package from the post office indicated on the delivery notice. The package must be collected within 15 days; after this period, the package is returned to the sender. Any costs associated with a second delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times are purely indicative and any delays in delivery will not give rise to any damage or compensation. MAISON MASSIMO is not responsible for strikes, bad weather or any other emergency that could lead to delays in delivery. The items are delivered to the address indicated by the customer when ordering.

The package can be tracked using the identification number given when the package was shipped.

EUROPE

RECEIPT OF ORDER

The customer is responsible for checking the condition of their order and its contents upon arrival. The customer must also note on the delivery notice any concerns or problems if the package appears to have been opened, damaged or otherwise mishandled. If the items ordered are damaged, do not accept the package, clearly explaining why. We encourage you to contact our customer service within 72 hours of receiving your package with the details of your complaint. Signature without reservation constitutes acceptance of the package as is and MAISON MASSIMO cannot be held responsible for any accidental damage due to shipping and transport.
